How to Get to Campobello Island. There is a ferry connecting Deer Island to Campobello Island. This ferry takes approximately 30 minutes and runs every hour on the half (STC) Deer Island-Campobello Island Ferry Schedule here. Welcome to Deer Island. Deer Island is the smallest of the Fundy Isles. It lies in Passamaquoddy Bay between the province of New Brunswick and the state of Maine. Toll ferries operate all day in the summer months between the Deer Island Point Campground and Eastport, Maine and Campobello, New Brunswick.
