Sahnesteif Puderzucker zum Bestäuben.

Apfel-Mascarpone-Creme auf den Tortenboden geben und glatt streichen. Sahne steif schlagen und auf die Torte streichen. Torte 4 - 5 Stunden kalt stellen.
