The main station is Keleti Pu. I imagine it may depend on where you come from. Keleti Pu is right on the metro so it is easy to get into the center of town. It wasn't obvious to me, where it was, but this was a few years ago. If you go out the front door of the train station and turn to the left and go down stairs, you'll get to the metro.
