Hunter's Essence has an optional file called "Enhanced Blood Splash" (main mod file not required). It adds Witcher 3-style geysers of blood during combat—like geysers . Yes Enhanced Blood Textures does have scripts, it uses them to apply a cloaking effect so that NPCs near you will be affected by the mod and appropriately display new blood pools etc, however these options can be turned off in the MCM or they can be simply made to run slower which reduces the script load which is my preferred option.
