We will be riding Devils Dip this Saturday March 23. Meeting Loves 6035 E Minerva Ln Kingman, AZ at 9AM leaving at 930AM. This ride is a 4 of 5 difficulty. The trail itself isn't really hard and not crazy rocky but does have a lot of high altitude climbs and descents with off camber dips in various areas.

Peel and chop the cooled eggs. Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate; crumble once cool. Combine the eggs, bacon, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, paprika, sugar, white wine vinegar, and mustard in a bowl to make a chunky dip. Garnish with paprika.

I love this dip. I also add 1/2-1 tsp. of prepared yellow mustard for extra zip. Be sure the cream cheese is softened before trying to mix. It makes it much easier. It will firm up again after you chill it. Great with crackers or slices of cocktail or French bread. YUM!
